1.  Where are you based?

Peachy Poppet is based in Sydney, Australia.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Unless otherwise advertised, our designs are made to order and will be shipped within two weeks of payments being received.  We will notify you once your item has been shipped. Please allow time for delivery (10 business days within Australia and 20 business days internationally).  

3. What are you shipping options?

Peachy Poppet ships all items through Australia Post by Parcel Post for Australian orders, or Parcel Air for international orders.  Please contact us if you need express or expedited shipping. 

4.  What sizes are your clothing items?

Unless otherwise specified, all our clothing is made in one size with newborns (that is, from 0 - 2 weeks old) in mind. 

5. Do you allow exchanges and refunds?

We will provide an exchange or refund if we are notified within a reasonable time of a major problem with an item received, as defined under Australian consumer law.  However, we do not provide exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.

6.  Do you design to order?

Yes! Please contact us if wish to discuss alternate sizing or a custom design.
